Place Memory - Dissertation

Place Memory is the theory that the physical space can absorb energy from highly emotional events. The memory becomes attatched to the place and is then projected back in the form of sound, sense and visions

This installation utilises the mechanisms of Place Memory outlined in my dissertation to allow the viewer to immerse themselves within the feeling of a Place Memory Event.

The images below were created to portray the theory of Place Memory, as the past and the present become one and memory is made visual.
